Unalome Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
1Who we are and scope
Unalome Social Media Corp, operating as Unalome SM (“Unalome,” “we,” or “us”), is responsible for the information it receives through unalomesm.com, its contact forms, and Facebook and Instagram instant forms. This policy explains how we use that information to handle inquiries, applications to our programs, and business relationships. It does not govern information our clients collect from their own users under their respective policies.
2Information we collect
We receive the information you provide: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business type, city and state, monthly revenue range, current website situation, business needs, and answers about documenting the project. We may also receive your messages, appointment details, and communication preferences. Meta may prefill some fields with information from your profile; you can review it before submitting.
We do not need passwords, identity documents, bank account details, or information about your patients or customers to evaluate an application. Please keep that information out of open text fields. Hosting and security providers may generate technical records, such as IP address, browser, requested pages, and access time, needed to operate and protect the site.
3How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, evaluate applications, check program criteria, arrange calls, prepare proposals, and manage requested services. We also use it to protect our systems, prevent abuse, keep authorization records, and meet legal obligations. For the anniversary program, we review applications to select five businesses; applying does not guarantee selection.
We may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp to follow up on your request. Additional promotional communications will respect your preferences and any required consent. Submitting an application does not, by itself, authorize automated marketing calls or messaging campaigns.
4Who receives information
Access is limited to staff and collaborators who need information to do their work. We may share it with providers that support hosting, storage, email, contact management, scheduling, and communications, only to provide those services and subject to applicable obligations. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law, respond to valid requests, or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your contact details or application answers. We do not give them to third parties for their own advertising without your authorization. Meta and WhatsApp handle information received through their platforms under their own policies; this policy covers Unalome’s use of the information it receives.
5Project documentation and testimonials
Willingness to document the project and participate in a video testimonial is a criterion of the anniversary program. If selected, we will separately agree on which images, voice recordings, name, brand, materials, and results may be published, on which channels, and under what conditions. Accepting the form does not authorize unlimited publication of private information. We will not publish your phone number, email address, revenue answers, or your customers’ information without specific authorization where appropriate.
6Cookies and third party tools
Technologies needed to operate and secure the site may process technical data. If we use optional measurement or advertising cookies, pixels, or similar technologies, we will explain their purposes and provide the choices and consent required by applicable law. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking some may affect certain functions. This policy does not replace Meta’s privacy choices or those of other external services.
7Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request, manage the business relationship, and meet legal obligations. We consider the purpose, relationship activity, deletion requests, and the need to retain evidence of consent or disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it unless retention is required. We apply reasonable access and security measures; no system offers absolute security.
8Your choices and requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information and ask us to stop sending promotional communications. Contact sales@unalomesm.com or WhatsApp +1 786 510 2295. You may also reply to our messages with “STOP” or “BAJA”; we will process your request. We may keep a minimal suppression record to honor it.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We will verify your identity proportionately and respond within applicable deadlines. Legal exceptions may apply to some requests. Withdrawing authorization does not invalidate processing already lawfully carried out. Opting out of promotions does not, by itself, affect your application review; removing information needed to evaluate the application may prevent us from continuing.
9International processing and minors
Our team and providers may process information in the United States and other countries from which they provide services. Where required by law, we will apply appropriate measures for those transfers. Our business forms and programs are intended for people aged 18 or older who represent businesses. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. We will publish the current version and update date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes or request new consent.
